LPP Estonia OÜ develops and manages five international clothing brands in Estonia and in Finland: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. Our mother company LPP SA operates in more than 20 countries around the world, with more than 1,700 stores and employing more than 24,000 people in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Managing stores within the assigned region (6 stores in Estonia and 2 stores in Finland);
Building a stable, competent and motivated sales team;
Growing sales network in the assigned region by coordinating new store openings;
Monitoring the right image, high levels of customer service and VM standards are upheld in the region;
Assessing and monitoring key performance indicators for store managers and store workers;
Operating within budget constraints;
Encouraging cooperation between the sales and other LPP departments;
Reporting directly to Regional Sales Director.
Experience on a similar position would be an asset;
Proven track of record in previous employment;
Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips if needed;
Communicative English language;
Driving license;
Experience in people management and supervision;
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
Ability to work in team and independently;
Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure.
