LPP Estonia OÜ develops and manages five international clothing brands in Estonia and in Finland: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay. Your key responsibilities as Regional Commercial Trainer will be:
Coordinating VM within the assigned region;
Liaising with RSM regarding new store openings and
turnover increase in stores;
Assessing and monitoring the level of exposition and quality
control of VM standards in stores;
Participating in decorators` recruitment processes and and
coordinating monitoring and regularly evaluating induction
programs for new decorators;
Responsible for organizing various trainings for decorators;
Training store staff in VM standards;
Liaising with VM department Manager in executive VM
strategies;
Liaising with exposition designers in preparing VM
instructions.
What we expect from You:
Minimum of 12 months` experience on an
administrative or managerial level;
Experience in people management and supervision;
Mobility and readiness to travel on company business trips;
Communicative English, Finnish language would be an asset;
Proactive approach and experience in dealing with challenging situations;
Ability to work in team and independently;
Ability to work well under deadlines and performance pressure;
Driving license.
